1. Services
Dominican Transfers VIP provides private ground transportation between airports, hotels and other locations in the Dominican Republic, as well as tours with hotel pickup. Every transfer is private: the vehicle is not shared with other customers.
2. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once the payment has been received, or when we confirm it in writing for bookings made by phone or WhatsApp. The customer is responsible for providing correct information: names, flight numbers, dates, times, number of passengers and luggage.
3. Prices
Prices are per vehicle, in US dollars, and include taxes, tolls and waiting time for flight delays. Night pickups, high season dates and optional extras may affect the final price, which is always shown before payment.
4. Capacity and luggage
The number of passengers, including children and infants, and the number of suitcases cannot exceed the capacity of the booked vehicle. If more passengers or luggage arrive than booked, we may need to arrange an additional vehicle at an extra cost.
5. Pickup and waiting time
For airport arrivals we monitor the flight and adjust the pickup time. For pickups at hotels or other addresses, the driver waits up to 15 minutes after the agreed time. If the passenger does not show up and does not contact us, the service is considered a no-show and is not refundable.
6. Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Customer conduct
Passengers must follow the driver's safety instructions and local laws. Smoking is not allowed inside the vehicles. We may refuse service to passengers who put the safety of the driver or other passengers at risk.
8. Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, road closures or acts of authorities. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
