Cancellation policy

We know travel plans change. This is how cancellations and refunds work:

More than 48 hours before pickup: full refund (100%).
Between 24 and 48 hours before pickup: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours before pickup, or no-show: no refund.

How to cancel

Go to "Manage booking", enter your booking code and email, and choose "Cancel booking". You will see the refund amount before confirming. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

Changing the pickup time

You can change the pickup time online up to 24 hours before the pickup at no cost. For later changes, contact us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to help.

Cancelled flights

If your flight is cancelled by the airline, contact us as soon as possible and we will reschedule your transfer at no cost.
